Here communication skills are amazing always letting you know the status of things and always thinking ahead. She goes the extra mile helping with little things like a lawn guy, handyman, or cleaning crew when needed. She is always willing to lend a hand and help.     Joy lives up to her name. (Does everybody start their review like this?) I am 33 years old, and it was my first time buying a home. Joy was so professional when working with me and my parents. My parents were in the Panhandle as Joy was assisting me, and she was always letting them know what was up - even before I did! It was ultimately Joy herself that suggested the development where I am now living. I'll never forget when we both pulled up to a prospective location, looked at each other, and got back in our cars without saying a word. That is just how knowledgable and personable this woman is. She is not just a realtor, she is truly looking out for your future in every way possible. She knows the area well. She can make a call at any time and get you an answer. I honestly couldn't be more impressed. Like... I hope I die here, because I don't think any realtor will ever live up to the experience I had with Joy.
