Currently this side of the house is blocked off and the owners use the whole area as a master bedroom, apartment. Can easily be turned back into a Single family home or use the vacation rental company currently managing the property to ensure continued rental income (See Attachments for rental info). There are many possibilities with this home. Stump Pass Beach Park at the southern end of Manasota Key is an idyllic place for hiking, picnicking, and wildlife-sighting explorations wherein you might catch a glimpse of a dolphin, Manatee or a Loggerhead Sea Turtle (one of the most concentrated spots for these sightings in the world) in March. If you want some expert help in finding all the most fascinating hidden wildlife spots, hire one of the many tour companies to show you around; you can get guided paddle board or kayak jaunts underway with help from these professional adventurers, and see the sea floor up close.
